Karachi, Sep 23 : Pakistan’s Information Minister Muhammad Ali Durrani has accepted that the real opposition in the country is the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), and said that the members of the All Parties Democratic Movement (APDM) are "paper parties."
Durrani said that the APDM has announced its resignation 25 times, let’s see what happens the 26th time.
"The APDM was formed to break the Opposition and the ARD. There are aggressive members and there are political member in the APDM and their differences are showing," he added.

He said that if two provincial assemblies were dissolved before the election, the country’s political scenario would become "dangerous".
Islamabad, Sep 23 : The government has stepped up its efforts to "re-elect" President Pervez Musharraf unopposed, with the opposition parties still divided on the issue of resigning from the assemblies, and they have not yet agreed on a joint candidate for the presidential election.
The PPP and the JUI-Fazl have not yet agreed to their legislators resigning from the assemblies along with the All Parties Democratic Movement (APDM) lawmakers on September 29.
Islamabad, Sep 23 : President Pervez Musharraf has decided to launch his presidential election campaign from Balochistan on Monday.
Sources said that Musharraf would start the campaign in Balochistan, where he would meet with the members of the national and provincial assemblies to seek their votes for his election.
At a meeting in Islamabad with Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz on Saturday, PML-Q chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain said nomination papers for Musharraf’s re-election would be submitted on September 27.
