Police confiscate explosives from 3 Serbs in Kosovo
Pristina, Kosovo - Police in northern Kosovo confiscated 3 kilogrammes of explosives and firearms on Friday from three Serbian men, who were arrested.
Protests against Kosovo's independence from Serbia has caused violence and demonstrations for several weeks, as majority Serbs in the northern part of Kosovo hope to break off from the rest of the country and return to Serbia.
Ethnic Serbs make up about 100,000 of the 2 million residents of Kosovo, most of whom are ethnic Albanians. (dpa)
