The Polaris Software Lab Limited and Hewlett-Packard India have announced that they have joined forces to market an array of solutions including software, services and system integration for local businesses in India. The two companies – Polaris and HP India – announced their partnership deal on Monday.

In a joint statement, Polaris and HP India stated that they will offer their services to the customers in the Financial Services Industries (FSI) and software testing segments.   

According to the Polaris - HP India partnership deal, the two companies will jointly sell their products and solutions to customers to help them pace up growth, reduce risk, enhance flexibility and cut down costs.

The products and solutions that the companies will jointly offer, will include the Polaris Intellect range of products for banking applications and automated core banking processes, along with highly flexible and available HP infrastructure.

Under the agreement, HP India will offer strategic advantage of Global Universal Banking (GUB) Intellect 10.0 and Insurance Intellect SEEC to customers, while Polaris offer strategic advantage of HP systems comprising of HP Integrity servers, HP BladeSystem servers and HP StorageWorks to help customers speed up performance. The partnership deal will offer strategic advantage of HP's market leading Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) software portfolio and Polaris's testing Capabilities to customers. The deal will also provide customers with an all-in-one solution in the FSI market.
