New Delhi, Apr 24 : Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh on Thursday sanctioned an ex-gratia of Rs 1 lakh from the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund to the next of kin of each of the deceased of the bus accident at Bodeli in Vadodra district last week.

Dr. Singh expressed grief on the loss of lives of young children in the terrible bus accident.

Forty-seven people including 44 school children were killed in the accident when a bus carrying them plunged into the Narmada canal in Bodeli on April 16. (ANI)
