The King Khan has announced his new venture, a real estate development 
that will bear his signature style and will come up at Dana Island off the Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The property to be named as Shah Rukh Khan Boulevard, will cost around 8-billion dirham ($2.2-billion).
The real estate project encompassing three million square feet will have one and two bedroom apartments, a studio, underwater discotheque, a public square on the beach and a theatre. It will be designed by a renowned architect, Toni Ashai.
Things are not right for the Badshaah, with the King Khan loosing on its best of buddies, one can wonder close knit ties are being broken down amidst ego, hatred and jealousy. With the breaking up with his one of the closest buddies, Salman, on Katrina’s birthday, Rani Mukherjee seems to be next on the list. The ‘Queen of Hearts’ have quitted from the SRK’s 'Temptations Reloaded' tour reportedly as the latter was not happy from the former’s appearance on the last episode of Salman’s ‘Dus Ka Dum’.
Ace Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan, who has already endorsed a huge range of products, will be seen as a brand ambassador of yet another product, Linc pens. It is for the very first time that the company has signed a superstar to promote its product.
Shah Rukh popularly known as the ‘King Khan’ seems unlikely to subdue his counterpart Aamir Khan. With both getting their share of appreciation for the work they do, the seemingly rivalry between the two actors is more than evident. Though not seen at loggerheads directly the indirect competition between the two cannot be overlooked.
The ‘King Khan’ was recently honoured by a prestigious award in Malaysia giving him the title of 'Datuk' (the equivalent of a knighthood in Britain). The award was given by the state of Malacca to the star for promoting the state via his movies and thus helping its tourism industry to bring forth the tourists leading to an upsurge in its economy.
