New Delhi, Feb 16: Katie Holmes has blamed her recent weight loss on a hectic schedule.

The 30-year-old actress, who recently wrapped up her stint on Broadway's All My Sons, insists hard work and a fast metabolism are to blame for her slim figure, reports the China Daily.

Holmes said of her Broadway stint: "My metabolism was in full gear the whole time. I lose weight fast when I''m working so hard. It doesn''t matter how much I eat, I just get thin. It''s not the worst problem in the world to have though is it?"

Insisting that Holmes has "extraordinary" talent as a mother, Cruise said that the way the actress had taken to motherhood was helping shape the little girl's friendly personality.
