Jonathan RossLondon, January 27 : Hundreds of appalled surfers want to see Jonathan Ross sacked over his sick joke about sex with an 80-year-old woman on his Radio 2 comeback show.

The BBC radio presenter had landed himself in trouble yet again after he returned to work from his three-month suspension.

Ross was suspended for his part in a radio-prank call to 78-year-old Andrew Sachs, which saw him passing lewd comments while RJ Russell Brand spoke of his prior sexual relationship with the actor's granddaughter.

The broadcaster has returned to work this week after serving a three-month suspension from the BBC for his part in the Sachsgate scandal, which saw him leaving a series of lewd messages on the voicemail of Fawlty Towers actor Andrew Sachs, reports the Mirror.

In Ross''s first radio show since the row, the host''s producer Andy Davies discussed a woman who lived near his Spanish villa.

Ross made the long-awaited comeback following a three-month suspension, reports the Mirror.

He was suspended along with comedian Russell Brand for messages they left on the answerphone of 78-year-old Andrew Sachs, famed for playing bumbling Spanish waiter Manuel in the hit 1970s television comedy series Fawlty Towers.

Ross said he was sorry for his part in the scandal, adding: "I do apologise for any hurt or distress."

London, January 4 : Jonathan Ross, Russell Brand's co-partner in the radio-prank sex call incident, would reportedly have his TV and radio shows monitored by a censor watchdog.

The Brit presenter had been suspended for 12 weeks without pay by the BBC following a series of phone messages left by Brand and him for 78-year-old Andrew Sachs.

The infamous October scandal, in which Ross had passed lewd comments while Brand described his prior sexual relationship with Sach's grandaughter, had led to a record number of complaints which led to Brand's resignation and Ross' temporary suspension.

The corporation’s investigation into the Sachs scandal is not over, Sir Michael Lyons revealed, and the 6million pounds-a-year star could still face further action.

BBC Trust head had been criticised during a grilling by MPs for not firing Ross after he made lewd phone calls to Fawlty Towers legend Andrew Sachs, 78.

“There is nothing that is ruled out from the final deliberations of the BBC Trust,” the Daily Star quoted Sir Michael as telling the Culture, Media and Sport Committee.
