Not easy, but the dragon business is worth

Google-LogWhile there are new questions arising out of the Google's troubles and Rio Tinto's hurdles in the dragon land, but experts believe that the Indian business are flourishing continuously.

Be it the language constraint, vast differences in cultural experiences or the form of government that is radically different from what we usually find in the western countries, the Chinese economy is by no means a cake walk to success.

Analysts believe that the fact that the Indian companies have accustomed themselves to the Chinese law and culture is helping them to thrive in the economy. The main challenge is to set up the base in the Chinese market as due to the stringent regulatory rules, it is very tough to set up a cushy position in the long-run. In fact, according to a report by CII, the investment by Indian payers is in the tune of Rs. 1400 crore in the Chinese market.

However, still experts are of a view that the problems with Rio Tinto and private steel miners in China are a singular incident and will not affect the overall business sentiment of the Chinese economy in the long-run.
