The leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-il has informed that the country will stop all the nuclear programs. North Korea has agreed to end all the nuclear programs.

He would also have a talk with the Chinese President on this issue. He has also agreed to work with China on these issues to create some favorable conditions without using nuclear power.

This agreement has done in a Six-Party negotiation where China, Two Korean regions along with US, Russia and Japan have taken part and discussed various issues involved in it.

They have unanimously decided to have a talk on this matter to resolve it peacefully. Mr. Kim had also met China's top leaders during the Six-Party talk and assured that North Korea is willing to work with China to create favorable condition.

North Korea was not involved in any of the nuclear talk since April 2009. In that year UN had accused North Korea of conducting nuclear missile test without any information. However, now its ready for a peaceful talk on nuclear power.
