The number one mobile company, Nokia has appealed against the anti-trust allegations charged by Apple. Nokia has urged for a disapproval of Apple's allegations.

According to the company, the allegations were planned to distract the attention away from the main issue of Nokia's intellectual property. Nokia has said that the lawsuit filed by Apple is baseless and misleading. The entire report is full of unproven facts and indefinite litigation theories. The facts provided by the company are quite confusing and contradicting as per Nokia. This has been reported from the recent statements from Wilmington.

Earlier Nokia had announced that it is going to take a legal action against Apple on various patent issues. The company has accused Apple of violating ten patent clauses on UMTS (3G), WiFi connectivity and GSM. Soon after the accusation Apple has pulled Nokia to the court with its fresh complains.

Nokia has been accused of demanding unfair royalty payments from the company. After all the recent issues, Nokia has decided to file a separate court case to take on Apple's counter allegations.
