During an interaction with Fierce Wireless at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2013, Research In Motion (RIM)'s Chief Marketing Officer Frank Boulben said that RIM plans to launch as least six new devices, running the company's latest BB10 OS, this year.

In a Wednesday announcement, the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) said that it is working on improving Wi-Fi speeds, as well as reducing congestion in high-traffic areas, by freeing up 195 megahertz (MHz) of wireless spectrum in the 5 gigahertz (GHz) band.
