Martha Stewart to launch signature wine brand

Washington, Sept 19 : Lifestyle queen Martha Stewart is set to give her name to a new range of wines.

The star has finalized a deal with Californian wine company, Ernest and Julio Gallo, which will make 15,000 cases of wine under the ‘Stewart’ brand, reports Contactmusic.

As per her company, ‘Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia’, the wine cases will be initially made to be shipped to a limited number of cities which includes Boston, Massachusetts; Denver, Colorado, and Ohio.

Billie Piper nervous over hooker role

London, Sept 19 : Actress Billie Piper revealed that she is nervous about playing the role of a prostitute called Belle De Jour in a new eight-part ITV2 drama, The Secret Diary Of A Call Girl.

The actress fears how people would react to her new role, especially after the popular tomboy role of Rose Tyler in Doctor Who series.

“It’s quite scary thinking people are going to see you in that way for the first time and that people may treat you slightly differently,” Daily Express quoted Piper, as saying.

Bangladesh seeks US assistance to rescue abducted BRAC official in Afghanistan

Dhaka, Sept 19 : Bangladesh has made a request to the United States authorities in seeking release of the abducted aid workers of the country's leading non-governmental organisation operating in Afghanistan.

Bangladesh's Foreign Affairs Adviser Iftekhar Ahmed made the request during the official talks between him and the visiting US Deputy Assistant Secretary of States for South and Central Asia Affairs, John Gastrait, today.

Hudgens’ former lawyer, Brian L. Schall has sued her for breach of contract, as she didn’t pay him a 15,000-dollar bill.

Schall’s complaint has been filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court, reported E! Online.

He claimed that he helped Hudgens negotiate all the songwriting and recording deals, which helped her earn more than 5 million dollars.

Govt not directly opposed to news broadcast on FM channels: Dasmunsi
