London, June 20 : California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger''s plane had to make an emergency landing after the pilot reported smoke in the cockpit.

The jet carrying the Hollywood hardman was forced to make an emergency landing 10 minutes after taking off from Santa Monica Airport, west of Los Angeles.

Schwarzenegger''s spokesman Aaron McLear said that the pilot pulled the jet into a steep descent and fire crews met the plane on the runway at nearby Van Nuys Airport.

However, Schwarzenegger was unhurt in the plane scare.

Washington, June 20: Angelina Jolie has found a unique way to keep her kids busy – she lets them organize each other’s birthday parties.

Washington, Jun 20 : A mural of US President Barack Obama has been created by students at Franklin Avenue Elementary School and nearby Westfield State College by using 2,420 dominoes.

The official unveiling of the mural, which has been called Obaminoes, took place on June 16 in the school cafeteria.

Julian F. Fleron, professor of mathematics at Westfield State, said the work is a based on a design by Robert A. Bosch, a mathematician at Ohio''s Oberlin College, who created the mural''s plans for Obama''s inauguration.

London, Jun 20 : US couple Erin Finnegan and Noah Fulmor have opted for the ultimate in wedding venues. They will be the first couple to say, "I do" in zero gravity.

Finnegan and Fulmor will be having their weightless wedding, and exchanging vows aboard G-Force One, the "vomit comet" operated by the Zero Gravity Corporation.

Mumbai June 20: A military cargo aircraft belonging to US carrying six persons and two crew members which violated the Indian air space, near Gujarat was forced to land in Mumbai International Airport by the Indian Air Force planes.

The Russian made AN 124 hired by the US, was transporting weapons and ammunition to its forces in Afghanistan.

According to the IAF sources, the plane took off from Diego Garcia island, a military base of the US near Mauritius in the Indian Ocean, and was headed for Kandahar in Afghanistan.
