Kim K releases costumed 'Kimojis' before Halloween

Washington D.C. [USA], Oct. 19 : Kim Kardashian recently added to her existing Kimojis, a new line that features the reality star in different Halloween costumes and makeup.

Included in the app update are Halloween-themed Kimojis, which feature 35-year-old star dressed up some of her costumes from the past, including her Ariel costume and her creepy skeleton look, reports E! Online.

Users can also opt from the Kimojis featuring close ups of her face with different types of Halloween makeup on.

Other Kimojis feature provocative imagery like the ones where the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star strikes racy poses in completely nude picture with censor bars over her lady parts.

Rajkot to become 120th test match venue in World

Rajkot (Gujarat),[India] Oct. 19 : All though many One Day International matches have been played at the Rajkot's Saurashtra Cricket Association ground but now it is ready to host a test match.

Earlier this year, Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) had recognized it as a test centre and now it will be hosting its first ever test match match on November 9 between India and England.

With this test match being played here, it will become the world's 120th venue for the test cricket.

Besides hosting several ODIs, this magnificent cricket stadium has also been the home ground for the Gujarat Lions in the Indian Premier League.

But on 9th of the next month, it is all set to become the 23rd test venue in India and 120th in the world.

Aung Suu Kyi to meet PM Modi today

New Delhi [India], Oct. 19 : State Counselor of Myanmar Aung San Suu Kyi, who is on a three-day visit to India, will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi today.

India and Myanmar have been trying to give bilateral ties a more strategic approach after the National League for Democracy under the leadership of Suu Kyi came to power in Myanmar in March this year.

Both the leaders are expected to discuss various issues including security and defence.

Both nations share a 1,640 kilometre border and the issue of peace and security remains one of the crucial points of the bilateral relationship.

Cooperation in the fields of agriculture, transport, energy are also expected to feature during the talks.

Cauvery water dispute: SC to resume hearing today

New Delhi [India], Oct. 19 : The Supreme Court will today resume its hearing on the Cauvery water dispute after it directed the Karnataka government to release 2000 cusecs per day to Tamil Nadu till further orders are given.

In response, the Karnataka government has filed a petition in the court asking for larger constitutional bench to be constituted to look into the dispute.

A bench comprising Justices Dipak Misra, Amitava Roy and AM Khanwilkar are currently hearing the case.

The G S Jha-led Supreme Court appointed team on Monday submitted its report before the apex court after inspecteing the Krishnaraja Sagar and the Kabini dams in Karnataka, and the Mettur and Bhavani Sagar dams in Tamil Nadu.

GST Council to take final decision on tax rate today

New Delhi [India], Oct 19 : The decision on the Goods and Services Tax rates, which will have four slabs, will be taken today by the GST Council that kicked off its three-day meeting yesterday.

On Tuesday, the Council reached a consensus on state compensation and the base year will be 2015-16. The meeting reached at a consensus on the way states would be compensated for any loss of revenue from implementation of the new indirect tax regime from April 1, 2017.

The Finance Ministry has set the November 22 deadline for building consensus on all the issues in the Council for rollout of the new indirect tax regime from April 1, 2017.
