The effect of cherry juice could be owing to the fruit's high content of melatonin, a hormone, which normalizes the body's sleep-wake cycle.

The Sensex, which belled the day at 18,024.95, was trading 79.41 points up at 18,065.31 as against its previous close at 17,985.9.

At the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the broad-based Nifty stood at 5,422.35, up 0.4% as compared to its last closure at 5,400.65.
