Civic health authorities stated that two of the seven patients admitted to Kasturba Hospital, Chinchpokli have been tested positive for cholera.

As per reports, total seven blood samples were forwarded to the PCR laboratory for testing.

The outcomes of the culture examinations, which came out on Friday, confirmed the illness.

Dr. Shah said, "The two children whose samples tests are positive for cholera suffer from gastroenteritis cases and have mild cholera."
