Work experience is critical, even for graduatesA survey done by a recruitment agency has shown that in UK many employers look out for work experience even in case of graduates. That being the case, it becomes very critical for them to have some kind of prior experience to be able to get a job.

Known as the High Fliers' graduate jobs survey, it was done taking into consideration some 100 leading employers. The survey also shows that the overall job market is quite optimistic and this year there are 9 per cent more vacancies than last year.
