A survey done by a recruitment agency has shown that in UK many employers look out for work experience even in case of graduates. That being the case, it becomes very critical for them to have some kind of prior experience to be able to get a job.

Known as the High Fliers' graduate jobs survey, it was done taking into consideration some 100 leading employers. The survey also shows that the overall job market is quite optimistic and this year there are 9 per cent more vacancies than last year.

Pharmaceutical Company, GlaxoSmithKlines has declared that it is making a provision of £2.2 billion through which it will be paying for all the legal costs pertaining to its diabetes drug Avandia.

It also said that all the legal charges are going to be put up on the final quarter results of 2010; and if that happens then the whole profit for the quarter is going to be wiped out.
