ISRO To Construct Nano-Satellite Platform

G Madhavan NairBangalore: ISRO chief said that next year India’s space group will instigate a special platform to put into space small satellites fulfilling the requirements of rising countries and the domestic technical community.

ISRO chairman, G Madhavan Nair said that the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is building up a 100-kg “satellite bus” as demand has picked up for establishing nano-satellites.

No Discrimination In Dealing With Mumbai Blast Accused, Says SC

New Delhi: Supreme Court agreed to take up on Friday the bail plea of Aziz Ahmed Mohammad Shaikh, who is convicted for 5 years under TADA. Court assures that there won’t be any discrimination in dealing with the Mumbai bomb blasts accused.     

A three-member bench headed by Justice B N Aggarwal gave the assurance after Ahmed’s counsel fighting Sanjay Dutt’s case appealed that no discrimination can be showed in granting bail to accused persons.

Oil & Gasoline Prices Edge Downward
