Liege's biggest local history museum reopens
Liege, Belgium - The local history museum in Liege has reopened to the public after a four-year renovation.
The museum is the largest of its kind in Liege and has a total of 260,000 items in its collection. Last September, work was completed on its new home in a former Franciscan monastery.
The museum has completely reorganised its exhibition space, according to the Belgian Tourist office. Among the treasures on display is a collection of astrolabes and sun dials. (dpa)
