London, October 31 : French President Nicolas Sarkozy’s penchant for “flashy” items like large gold Rolex and Ray-ban sunglasses has been criticised in an animated YouTube clip, which has become a hit in the country.

The five-minute clip, entitled ‘Le King of Bling Bling’, shows Sarkozy surrounded by scantily-clad women, singing "I am the King of Bling-Bling".

The video begins with his wife Carla Bruni’s voice, and then shows Sarkozy driving through town in a sports car.

He later appears wearing a lot of gold jewellery or "bling", smoking a cigar, and clutching several mobile phones.

The president also raps with glamorous women in a nightclub in the video.

“We are not currently aware of any video of the president circulating on the internet,” the Telegraph quoted a spokesman for Sarkozy at the Elysee Palace as saying. (ANI)
