Big Boss, known as the Baap of all the reality shows, hit the TV screens yet again with new contestants and more controversies, gossips and excitements. The first episode of the second season of Big Boss was telecast on colors on Sunday, 17 August. The host of the show is none other than Shilpa Shetty, who had been a victim of racial discrimination at Big Brother, the British version of Big Boss.

The first season of Big Boss was a big hit, with 15 celebrities being monitored 24x7 with 32 cameras for constantly 3 months. It use to be aired on Sony and helped the channel to reach the pioneer position of entertainment channels.

The hot Shilpa Shetty, commented, “Big Boss2 starts airing on Colors from Sunday, August 17 at 10pm. The house mates of the second season will be under the same roof at a house in Karjat.”

There was a lot of curiosity regarding the names of the celebrity, and yesterday, that curiosity was over when the names of the contestants were revealed few of which are, Monica Bedi, model turned Actor, Zulfi, the winner of MTV Roadies Ashutosh, and the most exciting name was of Jade Goody, who was the key tormentor for Shilpa on Big Brother. The international Actress says that Big Boss will give the platform to change her negative image.

The show already faced a lot of controversy before its telecast, as Faisal Khan, Aamir Khan’s brother went to the court and demanded to put a stay on the program’s telecast after his contract as a participant on Big Boss2 was terminated on the last moment.
