I-Power Solutions, one of the leading providers of e-business and Internet solutions in India, has entered into an agreement with Efflugent Technologies Pvt. Ltd, to buy its ERP business for implementing Ramco Systems ERP products. The deal is estimated at Rs 1 million (USD 0.025 million). Chennai-based Effulgent Technologies Pvt. Ltd., through its ERP Business offers enterprise resources planning solutions. I-Power Solution is also scouting for consulting opportunities in power and alternative energy areas.
