To offer up the content of actress Shilpa Shetty’s Yoga for download to mobile customers, Shemaroo has joined hands with various Indian mobile operators including Vodafone, Airtel, Tata, Reliance, BPL and Idea.

In an announcement, Shemaroo said that the videos have been cut and edited with the intention that each and every video captures one complete Asana and consumers get the most out of it.

In Yoga, Asanas (postures) are arranged in line with the benefits they offer including those for the back, stomach, neck and shoulder, and of course Pranayam (breathing exercises).

The product claims to provide Yoga in a simplified manner and the instructions given in the videos are performed under the directions of Yoga instructor Shiv Kumar Mishra and the videos are directed by Manish Jha.

Hiren Gada, Director Shemaroo Entertainment, stated, “We wanted to give consumers anytime, anywhere access to Shilpa’s Yoga content. The DVD and Digital sales, both compliment each other. Many consumers decide to buy the complete DVD after sampling the videos on their mobile phone. Mobile operators also see value in offering this content to their consumers.”

The complete package is produced by Shilpa Shetty. The Vodafone subscribers can easily download the unlimited content of the Yoga for one hour at just Rs 99. The pricing details set by other service providers has not disclosed yet.
