Greek ship runs aground, passengers waiting to be evacuated
Athens - A Greek ferry carrying more than 500 passengers ran aground in an islet in the Aegean on Saturday.
The ship, the Theofilos, was making a scheduled voyage from the Aegean island of Mytilini to Hios when it ran aground on a rocky islet.
All 500 passengers were reported to be on deck wearing life jackets and waiting to be evacuated.
