Montenegrin PM wins 20,000 euros damages from the local daily
Podgorica - A Montenegrin court ordered on Monday to the local daily Vijesti to pay 20,000 euros (31,000 dollars) damages to the Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic "over emotional pain" it caused him.
Djukanovic sued daily's director Zeljko Ivanovic over his the statement that "Djukanovic biological and mafia family" was behind the attack on him.
Djukanovic wanted a million euros in damages but the court ruled a lower sum. Ivanovic said he will complain to the higher court. (dpa)
