Nokia Unveils Two XpressMusic Handsets
In order to strengthen its XpressMusic portfolio, the Finnish company Nokia has unveiled two new music phones in London.
The newly introduced handsets range includes Nokia 5320 XpressMusic and Nokia 5220 XpressMusic.
Both the handsets are compatible with the recently launched Nokia Music Store, which lets users to select music from a collection of over 2 million tracks.
In a statement, Nokia said, “Both music devices are expected to begin shipping in the third quarter of 2008, with an expected retail price between 160 euros ($254) to 220 euros ($349), before taxes and subsidies.”
The Nokia 5320 features 3G social entertainment capabilities, and also has Nokia’s new voice-controlled ‘Say and Play’ feature that will let users to just speak the name of their desired artist or song to play it automatically.
Along with advanced music and Internet capabilities, the new music handset comes packed with 3G (HSDPA) connectivity for fast data transfers, Internet browser, XpressMusic keys, audio chip for better sound quality, up to 24 hours of music playback, 3.5mm audio jack, 2 megapixel camera with flash, HS-USB and microSD card support for up to 8GB.
On the other hand Nokia 5220 is a mid-range phone that features XpressMusic keys, 3.5mm audio jack and a ‘built-in lanyard’ for easy carrying around. The handset lets users to access the music on-the-go.
The other features of the handset include 24 hours playback time, dedicated XpressMusic keys, and many more.
