London, Jan 10 : Eddie Redmayne is fast emerging the frontrunner to bag the role of Christian Grey in the film version of hit novel Fifty Shades Of Grey.

The 31-year-old actor, who is competing with Robert Pattinson for the role, is said to be leading the chase to play Christian Grey in the movie, the Sun reported.

Redmayne is said to be in the sights of LA movie bosses because of his amazing performance in 2011 hit `My Week With Marilyn' and the hype from `Les Miserables'.

The British actor has a great chance bagging the part, after Shades author EL James revealed that she doesn't want Pattinson to get it. (ANI)
