Item girl Rakhi Sawant's mother Jaya Sawant has been evicted from Bigg Boss house. Amitabh Bachachan, the host of the show, announced the decision.

Jaya Sawant was little disappointed after hearing her name as the evicted member of this week.

Jaya, who entered the reality show with an aim to make peace with Rakhi, wanted to stay long in the house. But, she didn't get much time in the house.

Nine members voted against Mrs. Sawant as they think that she was the eldest of all participants, and she was feeling uncomfortable with her younger members.

The two other partakers in the nomination list were item girl Sherlyn Chopra and actor cum director Kamal Khan.

Before leaving the Bigg Boss house, Jaya blessed all other hose mates and wished them luck. Jaya's non-celebrity background was believed to be her major shortcoming.

Before exiting, Bigg Boss asked Jaya to pick one house mate whom she feels spend the majority of his/her time in dressing up. She selected fashion designer Rohit Verma.

Now, Verma will have to dress simply for one week.
