India Shooter Shines At South Asian Shooting ChampionshipsIndian shooters raised their medal tally to 20 gold medals, 10 silver and 5 bronze medals as they won six gold medals in the 8 events on the fourth day of the South Asian Shooting championships in Bangladesh.

India's Harveen Srao won gold medal in women's 10m air pistol event with a score of 479.5 while Heena Shidhu bagged the bronze medal in the same event.

Indian Ashok Pandit shot 566 to win the gold medal in the 25m standard pistol event and Vijay Kumar won the silver with the score of 561, while Pakistan's Mustakim Shah won the bronze medal with 551.

Pakistan retained their second spot with two gold, five silver and four bronze medals while Bangladesh raised their medals tally to five silver and five many bronze after winning two silver and three bronze medals on the fourth day.

The fourth position in the tournament has been occupied by Sri Lankan shooters who bagged two silver and four bronze medals.
