Sarajevo - A miner was killed and several were injured in an explosion at a coal mine in central Bosnian town of Zenica, local media reported Saturday.

The methane blast happened in Stranjani mine. Local media said 14 patients were treated at local hospitals. Five were kept in for treatment to burns. (dpa)
