‘Nine-Minute’ Cellulite-Eraser Serum To Hit Market Shelves In UK

‘Nine-Minute’ Cellulite-Eraser Serum To Hit Market Shelves In UKA miracle cream that claims to wipe out cellulite in just nine minutes will hit UK markets this week.

Priced at £68 per bottle, the serum called Adonia LegTone is made from plant stem cells.

Green Island Labs, the makers of Adonia LegTone, said that the product contains regenerative properties of plant extracts, which help tone up weak skin stem cells.

Moreover, the company said that during its launch in America, where it is dubbed ‘the nine minute butt-lift’, the serum was sold out in just 7 days, and it is expecting a similar great response in Britain.

The company has already received around 100,000 orders in advance.

Dr. Mark Binette, chief executive of Green Island Labs, said, "Most cellulite creams are not clinically proven and have little or no benefit, leaving most women frustrated to say the least. Most companies simply are not targeting the cause - but the secret has finally been discovered and captured in a bottle."

“Now we're not saying that a healthy diet and lashings of water, combined with a regular exercise regime, won't help to keep cellulite levels down - but sometimes a girl just needs a little extra help,” Dr. Binette added.

According to clinical examinations conducted in independent American labs found the cream reduced cellulite by 47% in just 9 minutes and almost 70 percent in six weeks by invigorating the skin.

Adonia LegTone is made up of plant stem cells derived from natural plant embryos together with 23 organic oils such as neroli, ginger, rosemary and lemon peel oil.

According to the company, one of the major causes of cellulite is when skin stem cells turn weak and inactive.

This orange-peel textured skin is common on stomachs, hips, thighs and bottoms and is said to be a matter of concern for more than 85% of women.

The product has also received a lot of disapproval.

Dr. Gary Moss from Hertfordshire University, a former Unilever employee, said that the "stem-cell" theory is totally "pseudo science".

"It's gibberish from start to finish. Any cheap moisturiser or emollient will improve the appearance of cellulite by smoothing over the uneven surface of skin", he added.
