Britney’s mum looking for film deal on her tell-all book?
Washington, February 5 : Britney Spears' mum is reportedly on a hunt to find interested parties to turn her tell-all book "Through the Storm: A Real Story of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World" into a movie.
Lynne, who saw her daughter shave her head, divorce from ex-husband Kevin Federline, lose the custody of her kids along with her repeated trips to the hospitals, was said to be on the look out for options to have her personal narration of the Spears family life translated onscreen.
Meanwhile, the mum-of-two, along with her husband and elder daughter has been slapped with a lawsuit by Britney's former manager and friend Sam Lutfi for libel and defamation, reports Fox News.
In his legal papers, Lutfi was said to have claimed that Lynne's book had led him to "unfathomable amounts of ridicule and public scorn", in addition to having allegedly received death threats.
Lynne had penned the allegations that Lutfi wanted to control Britney, drugged her with sedatives and anti-anxiety pills, and deliberately troubled the singer by doing things such as "hide her dog, throw away her cell phone chargers and even disabled her cars so she could not leave the house unattended".
