In Hyderabad, a 4 day old female baby has donated her two organs and become the youngest donor.

The parents of the baby, mother Hymavathi, a school teacher and father Kishore Kumar, a revenue inspector has decided to donate two organs of the baby after her sudden death.

The baby was born on July 8 and two days later she developed certain complications and was put on the ventilator where she expired on July12.

Mohan foundation was contacted by the baby's family to proceed with the donation process. Mohan Foundation has shifted the baby to Innova Hospital in Secunderabad.

Doctors have retrieved baby's heart valves and her eyes under sterile conditions.

Organ donation is gaining popularity as it will give life to the unfortunate people, similarly this baby has donated her organs to give life to two babies who are born with heart diseases or are blind by birth said by K Raghuram, CEO of MOHAN Foundation.
