Music phone by Nokia released
The latest and novel Nokia 5800 was today lunched in Chennai by mobile phone major Nokia in the Express Music category, which has a new album 'Connections' by ace music director A. R. Rahman.
Surrounded by his devoted fans, Rahman, who was celebrating his 43rd birthday on Tuesday, launched the new Nokia 5800.
There are many exciting features of this latest handset which include high resolution 3.2 inch display and stereo speakers with surround sound. The set which comes with
3.2 mega pixel auto-focus camera with Carl Zeiss optics and dual LED flash and has 8GB expandable memory; carries a price tag of Rs 21,899. The interested consumers may get the Nokia 5800 from Nokia Concept Store, all Nokia Priority Dealers and mobile outlets in South India.
There are nine special tracks from the album 'Connections' which are only available on the phone. During the launch, the tracks like 'Jiya se Jiya' that reflects different moods and genres and the track 'Kural' were played exclusively.
It has been learnt that the songs might be available on CDs after a few months.
