Lahore, Sept 9 : Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz chief Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday stated that military governments in Pakistan were responsible for its current economic crisis, resulting in poverty and illiteracy in the country.

Sharif, told reporters at Lahore airport, that military rulers had run Pakistan for almost 34 years, and this had caused a shortage of wheat, power and energy.

China and India in comparison to Pakistan were making significant progress in every sector. (ANI)
