Man sentenced to jail for 'vomiting' on father, daughtersOfficials have said that a Pennsylvania man who pleaded guilty to intentionally vomiting on a father and his two daughters at a baseball game has been sentenced to jail.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reported on Saturday that Matthew Clemmens, 21, was sentenced to 30 to 90 days in jail, two years' probation and 50 hours of community service on charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment.

It has Clemmens, of Cherry Hill, Pa., and three friends heckled Michael Vangelo, an off-duty police captain from Easton, Pa., and his daughters ages 15 and 11 during the second game of the Phillies' home-opener series in April.

It was also reported that after one of Clemmens' friends was ejected from the ballpark at Vangelo's request, Clemmens stuck his finger down his throat and vomited on the officer and his daughters.

Common Pleas Court Judge Kevin Dougherty told Clemens as he pronounced sentence, "You have invaded the opportunity to enjoy the American pastime of baseball. You struck out." (With Inputs from Agencies)
