New York, Dec 20 : American actress Katie Holmes has revealed that she has been to the Home Depot, a store that sells home improvement and construction products, many times.

Holmes also revealed that all the heavy-duty work does not faze her, and that she can handle things perfectly.

"I've been to the Depot many times with other moms. I know how to push a cart. I'm not a wimpy girl," the New York Daily News quoted her as having said in a new book about celebrity moms.

It seems Holmes' time at the depot has been well worth it, for she can now tell the difference between good and bad lumber.

"We were in Berlin and I was impressed with their playgrounds. It's amazing what you become aware of as a mother. You think, `Nice wood on that swing set,'" she added.
