Jennifer HudsonWashington, Dec 24 : Jennifer Hudson is set to make her very first public appearance after the horrific murder of her family.

The beauty will be performing at the MusiCares person of the year gala on February 6.

Jennifer, whose mother, brother and nephew were allegedly killed by her bother-in-law, will be joined by performers including Tim McGraw, Josh Groban.

Also, Coldplay will belt out the songs of Neil Diamond at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

The fundraiser is scheduled for two nights before the Recording Academy hosts the February 8 Grammy Awards. She has been nominated in four categories, reports Us Magazine.

"It''s been a childhood dream of mine to release an album, so to receive 4 Grammy nominations is truly a blessing," Hudson said in a statement earlier this month.

"I''m extremely honored and humbled by the nominations," she added. (ANI)
