Infosys bans employees to bitch about Facebook
According to the reports of Business Standard, comes the latest social media work policy designed for one of the India's top IT companies Infosys.
This policy will keep a tab on the leakage of sensitive information on open platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, and at the same time will see to it that none of the employees vent their grievances on this platform.
The report further explains that if a person violates the norms of the same may be subjected to a legal or disciplinary action. Sites such as Orkut, Twitter and Facebook seem to be acquiring a raising brow by the parents of school and college children - and now the current norm is with the employers.
Incidents such as firing people on the Facebook seem to have become a common affair and it appears that these social networking platforms are becoming a regular affair in our lives. Companies on one hand is becoming conscious about their confidential data coming out such easily on these platforms made the company doubt upon the fate of the firm.
