Users unhappy with the responses of T-mobile can always purchase a fresh AT&T connection as it becomes legally associated to FCC. This wish granted by FCC (Federal Communications Commission) after careful analysis of Nexus one’s compatibility.

AT&T plans to provide the voice and data service. As this, deal is still in its experimental phase. As Google plans to sell the unlocked version, with full support for AT&T's wireless services without any input from this carrier. It will be up to the customers to get the service for this device.

Google smartphone is being sold only on the Google website, with T-Mobile being responsible just for providing wireless service. It seems quite obvious similar deal might have been arranged with Verizon and Vodafone. But Alas! Verizon and other Vodafone networks are left in despair as the AT&T won the cup of serving Google.
