Goody’s hubby released from prison temporarily

Goody’s hubby released from prison temporarilyLondon, March 4 : Cancer-stricken Jade Goody may sigh in relief after her hubby was released from jail temporarily.

Jack Tweed was found guilty of drunken assault on a taxi driver after losing his temper over the fare.

The 21-year-old had denied charges claiming that he had no memory of the night and believed his drink may have been spiked, reports the Daily Star.

Tweed walked away from prison but not without a reminder that he would not be provided any special treatment and will be sentenced on March 26.

He was previously jailed for 18 months for attacking a 16-year-old with a golf club and served just four months before being released on a curfew and with an electronic tag.

Tweed tied the knot with Goody on February 22 after learning doctors had given her only few weeks to live as her cervical cancer spread through her body.

54-year-old cabbie victim Stephen Wilkins said: "Her in a hospital bed and her new husband in the dock is not a great situation, but he deserves what he gets." (ANI)
