Struggling to come to terms with life as one of Australia''s most recognized sportsmen, Symonds is undergoing counseling for alcohol abuse, and says hat he is making some sort of a recovery.
Lahore, Mar 8 : The International Cricket Council has invited English match referee Chris Broad and Sri Lankan skipper Mahela Jayawardene to present first hand account of the chilling experiences of Lahore terror attack at its executive board meeting in Dubai on April 17.
Pakistan captain Younis Khan would also attend the meeting, the Daily Telegraph reported.
Welington, Mar. 8 : New Zealand all-rounder Scott Styris has refuted speculations of staging a comeback in Test cricket.
Stryris, who retired from the longer version of the game a year ago to focus more on one-day internationals and Twenty-20 cricket said he has no plans of putting on the whites once again.

In a significant move, the police arrested a man suspected of sending two threat letters sent to the Indian cricket team skipper M S Dhoni last year.
Confirming the development, H K Lal, DCP, said, "We have detained a man and are interrogating him. His name is Taslim. But we have not yet arrived at any conclusion.”
It can be recalled that Taslim, who has been arrested here on Thursday, is wanted in over a dozen criminal cases in Jharkhand.

After winning the toss, India elected to field first and dismissed its neighbour for only 57 runs.
India then attained the target within ten overs without losing any wickets.
Following the triumphant show of their bowlers, Anagha Deshpande (26) and Anjum Chopra (17) comfortably led India towards victory.

Wellington, Mar 7: New Zealand skipper Daniel Vettori has said that players should make their own decisions whether to travel to India for next month’s Indian Premier League.
Speaking a day after teammate Jacob Oram expressed doubts over whether he would play in the lucrative Twenty20 competition in the wake of the Lahore terrorist attack this week, three months after the Mumbai killings, Vettori described it as “a very individual thing.”
