Ejected Volcano ash disrupts flight across Europe
It has been reported that most of the flights across Europe has been put on halt due to drifting ash ejected from a volcano in Iceland. As per scientists, the volcano is still erupting, but producing less ash.
The situation has affected much airspace across northern and western Europe as they are closed. According to the air control officials 17,000 flights would be closed on Friday.
The situation has affected lives of thousands of passengers in Europe and around the world.
Meanwhile, Eurocontrol, Europe's intergovernmental air control agency has explained that while they expect 28,000 flights on a normal day, today it they expected not more than 11,000.
However, Nats, the air traffic control service, said that there would be little room for flights to leave from Scotland and Northern Ireland.
