Education sector is said to be recession and the recent survey done by Monster India shows just that. The company which is into the business of providing jobs said that the opportunities in the sector grew for seven consecutive months. More so, the growth was also seen during the time when recession had hit the performance of the other sectors including health.

As per the report, the sector saw a growth of 9 per cent increase in demand last month as compared to the previous month. Next in line were production and manufacturing businesses that saw a rise of 7 per cent each.

Monster Employment Index as it is known as showed that "During June, online job availability rose in six of the Index's 27 industry sectors and in seven of the 14 occupational categories monitored."

Banking, Finance and insurance segment showed a rise of 3 per cent.

The index studies the real-tine review of employment opportunities and also studies a large data table of online job sites including its own.
