Buy Axis Bank With Target Of Rs 1260

Axis BankStock Market analyst Ashwani Gujral is of the view that investors can buy Axis Bank stock to achieve a target of Rs 1260. According to Mr. Gujral, the investors can sell the stock with a stoploss of Rs 1190.

The shares of the bank, on May 21, closed at Rs 1217.85 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The share price has seen a 52-week high of Rs 1318 and a low of Rs 698.80 on BSE.

Current EPS & P/E ratio stood at 62.06 and 19.80 respectively.

On May 20, Axis Bank has purchased a four lakh sq feet office building in Worli from Bombay Dyeing.

According to reports, the private sector banking institution will shift its corporate headquarters to this novel building by the end of the existing financial year.

An Axis Bank representative made announcement about the deal but refused to reveal its value.

But, the media reports said that the deal is likely to be around Rs 782 crore.

On May 11, Axix Bank said that its directors have sanctioned the allotment of senior notes worth around SGD 40 million under the MTN program through its Hong Kong branch.
