Britney Spears' bags two gongs at MTV Europe Awards
London, Nov 7: After ruling MTV VMAs in Los Angeles with three gongs, Britney Spears has now picked up two awards at the MTV Europe Awards for her album ‘Blackout’.
The ‘Toxic’ singer bagged one award for ‘Act of 2008 ‘ and also landed the gong for this year''s ‘Best Album’ for Blackout.
However, the 27-year-old singer could not be present for the Liverpool ceremony, reports The Sun.
She thanked her fans via a video message, telling them she was busy recording her video for her next single Circus.
Britney’s double win comes in line with her September triple win at the MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles, where she bagged three awards.
According to reports, her current single Womanizer may scale further up on the charts this week and Britney may be touring next year.
