Bartonics India secures contract worth Rs 400 crore
Hyderabad-based Bartronics India Limted has received an order worth Rs 400 crore from ESIC (Employees State Insurance Corporation) for providing Smart Cards under the RSBY (Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana) Scheme. The concept envisages providing SCOSTA standard smart card solution to the target clients duly loaded with a treatment value for one year for enabling them and their family members to avail of the treatment at any ESI Hospital or Hospitals with which ESI has tied-up arrangements within that monetary ceiling. The scheme envisages to cover 6, 39,000 villages in 609 districts throughout the country. In the district-wise operation, approximately 100,000 beneficiaries-families would be covered in each district.
