Apple to focus on Music Industry in this Year’s WWDC
According to USA Today, Apple's share prices have declined during the week of the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) for the past 10 years. It is only last year that the shares have increased 2%.
Experts affirmed that the company's stocks were up around 39% over the past 12 months, but declined 0.345 around noon. Roger McNamee, co-founder of Elevation Partners, said that main aim of Apple to have this conference is to empower developers and to encourage them.
If developers are excited then it is a big win for Apple. The event is a massive one where excitement is for everything from behind-the-scenes developments like updates to operating systems to the updates on the company's hardware.
Its tickets sell out very quickly. Another interesting thing to which general public will be paying attention is the music industry. The spotlight will be on the streaming music industry. Sony Music CEO Doug Morris affirmed that Apple has the ability to promote the streaming services, get money in the industry.
