Washington, Jan 08 : Hollywood actor Brad Pitt has called ex-wife Jennifer Aniston `a sweetheart' in an interview with `W' magazine.

In the magazine, Pitt confessed that he continues to have a close relationship with Aniston.

The hunky actor further revealed that the `Friends' star is a very important part of his life.

"We still check in with each other, She was a big part of my life, and me hers. I don''t see how there cannot be [that]. That''s life, man. That''s life," Fox News quoted Pitt, as saying. (ANI)
