Washington, Feb 3 : Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer have downplayed split rumours after spending the afternoon of Super Bowl Sunday together.

The `Friends' star enjoyed Super Bowl Sunday with the singer and his pals at a casual get-together just outside Los Angeles.

"She and John were affectionate and shared some hugs during the game," People quoted a source as saying.

The source added: "They acted like a normal couple spending a casual Sunday together with friends."

According to reports, the 39-year-old actress even pitched in after the game and helped clean up the kitchen. (ANI)
